Which one do you feed?

Bill commutes daily to his office by public transport. Starting with the bus, train and again by bus. He repeats the same on every working day. He is a very committed employee who loves his work.   He has a backpack, in which he carries the heavy laptop, his lunch & breakfast, his pouch, some notes, small water bottle and also an umbrella. (Forgot to mention that he is organised and well prepared for any situation). Backpacks usually last for few years. They get broken, tear off or at most getting their color faded off. The only option would be to buy a new backpack, once your old is not usable. And also transferring the items from the old one to the new one.

Bill had to do this process several times. And this is what happened when he changed his backpack for the last time.

Bill almost transferred everything, yet the old backpack is heavy for Bill. Bill checked all the pockets and then he found the reason. It was a huge collection of coins. That was the set of coins he got as the change from the bus conductors when he traveled back and forth from to office home.
Poor Bill did this for a long time, without noticing or realizing this. The worst part is, he rejected the extra lunch his mom gave to offer for any of his office mates. He felt his backpack was heavy and it was the extra lunch that giving him trouble.

He actually carried something excess, some garbage all day in day out. (It is true that coins are not a garbage, but it does not have much value).

How many of us are doing the same on everyday? We carry Anger, Jealousy, thought of getting a revenge, etc... we give room to all bad by chasing away all the good we have.
Is not it the right time to do a small retrospective(look back at your day) at night and get our backpacks cleaned?

We will surely carry less weight and we will have some room to carry something else.
(Remember the extra lunch?)

Check your backpack every day. It is you who needs to do this. No one else can do it for you. You have both good and bad with you.
The more you feed daily, will have more strength to stand.

Feed the right one...

Happy backpack cleaning !!!
